Wondering what it takes to be a leader?

Craving personal and professional development?

Curious about leadership opportunities in Topeka?

Ready to get involved and develop yourself as a leader?

The Forge Leadership Pillar is hosting LeadCon 2018.  This is a FREE event that will feature new organizations and a better focus on leadership development.

LeadCon 2018 is Wednesday, April 25 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at The Foundry, 400 SW 33rd Street. With a cash bar, you will network with some of Topeka’s best leaders and organizations at a leadership convention-style event.  This interactive evening will showcase some of the opportunities available for young professionals to develop yourself as a leader, both personally and professionally.

Here’s how it works:  For a few minutes in a roundtable style discussion, you’ll connect with one of the ten featured leaders, leadership organizations or non-profits. They will offer tips on how to be a successful leader, give advice on leadership skills and talk about ways you can get involved. Then, you’ll switch tables to learn about the next organization, and the next organization, etc. Think of this as group speed dating – without the pressure of choosing a partner for life!

All Forge members are invited, but encourage your friends and co-workers to sign up, too!  Click HERE to RSVP.

Here are the organizations who will be at LeadCon 2018:

  • Topeka Civic Theatre
  • Harvesters
